TuesDoDay

I bet you're wondering how much painting I've gotten done, aren't you?  Oh the painting.  It somehow got pushed aside thanks to some mystery plumbing problems.  We love the drama around here, y'all!  It's just how we function best.  School is out, have I mentioned that?  Even plumbing issues can't steal my joy!

It seems that our garage has been filling up with water everytime I do a load of laundry.  Probably a blockage somewhere in the line.  On Sunday, hubby pulled out the shovel and started digging.  I won't bore you to death with the mundane details of my plugged pipes…but I'll let you know that late last night, in the cold dark Indiana blackness he and our strappin' son finally hit something (ROOTS–dang these trees!!) and the floodgates opened.  Gavin was down in the manhole when all heck broke loose and according to hubby it was fast & furious.

All is well.  I've washed laundry and everything seems to be ok.  Let's hope this is all we have to do at this point.  The last root problem cost us a house remodel to our entire downstairs.  Not wanting to remodel….JUST REPAINT!!

While taking on the plumbing mess….the garage was driving my true love crazy and he decided to start reorganizing and putting stuff away!  Yes, he's a keeper!  But he's also ADHD and he got in over his head and had to quit (it was really late).  So the crazy boxes and junk are stretched out all over the garage.  Which really bugs everyone (why, I don't know…it's our garage.  We can shut the door and ignore it).  That job is the next TO DO on the list.  After he works all day.  🙁

I'm not fretting.  School is out and I'm running wild with no schedule.  Painting can wait…  Besides, I'm doing important stuff like watching videos and playing online.

Like THIS!!
