I love these days. It is like a present! I get so excited to get to sleep in, then I can’t sleep. I’m whacky! Oh well. Tomorrow has been cancelled too. It is still sleeting and the snow is piled up pretty high. We went out earlier to the grocery store and barely made it up our neighborhood Kilamanjaro hill! Poor “faux jag”….it’s little worn out wheels (hubby has really bad tires) spun and spun…until they were smoking and smelling horrible. But we finally made it out of the hood. The streets and main highway were terrible! We slid and slithered all over the place. There were no people out…..only handfuls here and there.
I took a little video this morning….but I’m having trouble uploading. I’ll try again. It’s not much….but it’s at least a small taste of the lovely I see outside here in Indiana! I heart you, Indiana! You make me smile. 🙂

I haven’t even told you about my basketball game palooza weekend. I have been so busy…I forgot! Friday night was the big JCHS homecoming game. We won, finally! Yeehaw! On Saturday night we attended Tyler’s game in South Decatur (they’ve been winning and have only lost to this team)….so this game was in rival mode. It was a great game! South Decatur lost right at the very end, tragic! Then on Sunday night, hubby and I took Ally & Tyler to see the Pacer’s play in Indy. They won! Another great game even if our seats were up in the nose bleed section. 🙂 We still had fun!
